Today at 6pm there is a new spy satellite USA-245. It's part of program KH-11. It has NRO Launch Code 65. Launched from Vandenberg Air Force base using America's largest rocket - the Delta IV Heavy. Cost to launch $435 million. Theoretical ground resolution 15 cm.
