Spec for digital live cd

- build live builder web site demo tool
- build it using multiple discrete freelance built components
- split the project into misleading black box chunks to protect
intellectual property

# v2 allow resellers / affiliates
# v2 pick skeleton
# v2 pick servers = apache or apach2, mysql or pgsql, php or perl or
tomcat etc.
# cd boots into opera 9 kiosk mode and goes to localhost
# upload of tgz of web directory, and mysql
# use amazon s3 for storage
# allow edit of httpd.conf, php.ini, my.conf, opera config, and autoboot
